We invite you to join us in closing out our series of Portland Book Festival partner programs with the Northwest Film Center & Literary Arts Zoom Happy Hour on Friday, November 20, at 4 p.m. (PST) with award-winning writer Charles Yu (Interior Chinatown) and Director of the Northwest Film Center and Curator of Film and New Media at the Portland Art Museum, Amy Dotson for an in-depth discussion on telling stories and sustaining creativity across multiple platforms.
Please email december@nwfilm.org to RSVP.
The Northwest Film Center’s weekly Film and New Media Zoom Happy Hour is an online gathering of filmmakers, artists, nonprofits and key funders. The goal is to create community and connection with partners who have been working diligently to develop resources and innovation that can help during this unprecedented time.
We are all navigating the outbreak of COVID-19. We are inspired by the incredible response from our partners across the state who have been working diligently to develop resources that we hope can help our creative community. The Film and New Media Happy Hour helps us learn more about how Coronavirus is impacting the film industry in Oregon and connect over our creative processes during this time of COVID19.
